The First eight Duelists to obtain six locater cards, will be allowed to Sector S
Rules of Dueling
- Players play with a deck of at least 40 cards.
- Players begin at 4000 Life Points.
- One Normal Summon per turn per player. Monsters can be summoned in face-up Attack Position, face-up Defense Position or face-down Defense Position.
- Level 4 or below monsters can be summoned during a normal summon (e.g. "Kuriboh", Level 1)
- Level 5-6 monsters need one Tribute in order to normal summon (e.g. "Summoned Skull", Level 6).
- Level 7-9 monsters require two Tributes to normal summon (e.g. "Dark Magician", Level 7).
- Level 10+ monsters require three Tributes to normal summon (e.g "The Winged Dragon of Ra", Level 10).
- When a Fusion Monster is Tributed, that monster "counts" as more than one tribute. The count is equal to the number of monsters used to Fusion Summon it.
- Fusion Monsters must wait one turn after they are Summoned before they can attack.
- If your opponent has no monsters in play, you are free to attack his or her Life Points directly, reducing their total by the monster's ATK value.
- NO FTK/OTK
- Each player must ante at least their rarest card and a minimum of one Locator Cards in their possession. The winner of the duel obtains their opponent's card and Locator Cards wagered.
- You must stick to the tournament's list of limited cards. That means, you are not allowed to have more then one copy of "Monster Reborn" in your deck. You are allowed to have up to five different limited cards in your deck, no more.
- Players are not allowed to use two or more Magic Cards of the same name that increase a card's ATK points within the same turn.

Other Restrictions:
Can have up to Seven limited cards. Ex. Call of the Haunted, Morphing Jar, Monster Reborn, Dark Hole, Snatch Steal, Swords of Revealing Light, and Mirror Force. Since those have limits on them, you are only allowed to have 7 limited cards in your deck.
Your deck must have a theme, or designated combos. You should have one Monster card as your head monster, and deck master. The king/queen of the theme if you will.
Note: You are not allowed to include a card being used as a deck master by another player or cannon in your deck. Unless, you win that card from that said person.

Millennium Puzzle (Yugi Muto)- During the holder's Draw phase, he/she can pay 1000LP to draw any card in his/her deck. The Deck is then shuffled. This ability can't be used in a row.
Millennium Eye (Ryu Bakura)- During the holder's Standby phase, he/she can pay 1000LP to view their opponents hand and all face down cards. This ability can't be used in a row.
Millennium Necklace (Ishizu Ishtar)- During the holder's Standby phase, he/she can pay 1000LP to view their deck's top 5 cards and arrange them in any order. This ability can't be used in a row.
Millennium Ring (Ryu Bakura)- During the holder's Standby phase, he/she can pay 1000LP to Randomly place any card in their opponents hand in the bottom of their deck. This ability can't be used in a row.
Millennium Scale (Shadi)- During the holder's Main phase, he/she can pay 1000LP to equal out both players Life Points. This ability can't be used in a row.
Millennium Key (Shadi)- During the holder's Main phase, he/she can pay Half their LP to view their opponents deck and remove one card from play. This ability can't be used in a row.
Millennium Rod (Marik Ishtar)- During the holder's Battle phase, he/she can pay 1000LP to take control of one of your Opponents monsters till the end of the battle phase. This ability can't be used in a row.
How do I obtain a Millennium Item from an NPC? Well, first off you can't even request such a bet if you don't have 4+ Locator cards. If you do, and you challenge a NPC to a duel for their item, it will be a Shadow Duel! This means, if you win, you leave with their locator card, rare card, and their item. But, if you lose, you will be banished to the Shadow Realm regardless of how many locator cards you had left!
