Fix the banner

For this forum. The banner doesn't work. Fix it. :p

(Referring specifically to the Suggestions forum here)

2nd suggestion: Fix flood control. 2 minutes is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much.

What do you mean?You click it or something and it doesnt go where it suppose too?This is the first ive seen of having troubles with the banner.

Well, the banners have *never* "clicked", they're just images, they don't *do* anything. But the banner for Suggestions had disappeared. But now I see it's taken down. k.

Still wondering about flood control. Because it makes it a pain in the neck if you misspell something and need to fix it.

the flood control was already suggested to be reduced and was denied sry to disappoint

Okay So The Banner Problem is fixed.

Flood Control still not fixed, from what I can tell.

Or has it? ...nope, it still stupidly applies to edits.
